The Version 6.3 beta introduces a wide range of impactful changes that enhance Columbina's combat capabilities, expand overall Lunar Reaction power, and adjust key boss stats to reshape high level gameplay. Recent data also reveals improvements to the Miliastra Wonderland system and UGC interface, signaling a user focused approach to endgame experimentation.
Under the new patch, Columbina receives multiple notable visual and mechanical updates, establishing her as one of the most polished characters released during the Luna era. When Ascendant Gleam is active, her Skill Ring gains a larger AoE, which significantly benefits crowd control and multi target fights. The update also includes new sound effects, a refreshed Constellation visual design, and a new icon related to Columbina, all reinforcing her thematic identity as a high value premium unit.
One of the most important gameplay additions is a special Charged Attack animation, designed to synergize with Lunar reactions. The effect known as Lunar Charged Thundercloud changes visually during Columbina Burst, showing a distinct appearance when the team includes Columbina, and another form when she is absent. This encourages players to build team compositions centered around her signature reactions to unlock enhanced visual flair and efficiency.
The constellation buffs have considerable implications for damage scaling at high investment levels. Columbina C6 now increases Lunar Reaction DMG by 5 percent rather than 3 percent, which brings a meaningful boost to teams that constantly trigger reactions. This value lines up with the updated system effect shown in the preview image, where the CRIT DMG of an elemental reaction increases by 80 percent for eight seconds after activation inside the Lunar Domain. The buff is applied based on the element involved, but effects for the same element do not stack, avoiding runaway scaling while preserving strong burst windows. Additionally, all nearby party members gain a five percent elevation to Lunar Reaction DMG, further encouraging multi element rotations.
Outside character focused updates, Version 6.3 introduces an unexpected exploration feature. Players can now use normal characters in Miliastra Wonderland, removing previous restrictions and making the zone more accessible for testing builds, synergy, and movement tech. The UGC system receives a new button that allows players to instantly return to Teyvat from the bottom right exit menu, which drastically reduces navigation friction for content creators and casual explorers.
Major adjustments are also applied to the weekly boss encounters, affecting both the AQ version and the regular version. The AQ variant receives a huge HP increase from 1780813 to 3289034, while its ATK decreases from 13321 to 11514. The regular version experiences an even more dramatic change, with HP rising from 4043931 to 10388081, and ATK dropping from 20934 to 10467. These changes indicate a clear design shift toward longer survivability oriented battles with less one shot potential, which may benefit reaction based characters such as Columbina who thrive during extended uptime.
The combination of strong individual buffs, global reaction bonuses, and boss stat rebalancing hints at a larger meta landscape forming around sustained elemental play rather than explosive nuking. With Columbina receiving priority treatment across visuals, sound, combat, and scaling, she is positioned as a central pillar of Version 6.3's gameplay identity.
