A new Genshin Impact Version 7.2 leak claims that Mitya cannot repeat a second E → Z → Q → Z rotation at C0. The same short report says he has 100 Elemental Mastery innately, throws Variable Beacons through his Charged Attack and cannot move during the enhanced attack animation.
The rotation summary appeared on September 22 without gameplay footage. Its practical claims cannot yet be checked against a full demonstration, and the wording may change during testing.
HoYoverse has not announced Mitya as a playable Version 7.2 character or confirmed his rotation. The terminology, inputs and C0 limitation may reflect an unfinished test build and can change.
The report gives Mitya 100 Elemental Mastery innately
The first claim is that Mitya has 100 Elemental Mastery “innately.” The post does not explain whether this is a base character stat, a passive effect, an automatic combat state or a summary of another mechanic.
That distinction matters because the earlier kit sheets linked Mitya's Elemental Mastery to Stellar-Conduct scaling, Variable Beacons and mode-dependent party support. An unconditional personal 100 Elemental Mastery would affect his own reaction calculations, but the short rotation note does not provide enough wording to connect the figure to a named talent.
The value is materially new compared with GamesAndChill's earlier full-kit draft, which documented Elemental Mastery multipliers and team bonuses without identifying a permanent innate 100-point stat. It should remain separate until a complete talent page explains where the number comes from.
His enhanced Charged Attack reportedly uses every held Beacon
The post says Mitya's Charged Attack mechanic throws the same number of Variable Beacons that he has accumulated. It also says he cannot move during the enhanced Charged Attack, although the locked period is described as relatively short.
The report does not state whether “throwing” a Beacon means consuming it, firing one projectile per Beacon or converting the full held stack into one combined attack. It also does not specify whether the movement lock can be cancelled through a dash, jump or character swap.
Those details should not be reconstructed from the earlier kit sheets. The full English images described multiple Charged Attack and Detection Core interactions, but the new post summarizes practical behavior rather than reproducing official-style text. The two reports may describe the same test mechanic from different angles, yet the exact mapping remains unconfirmed.
C0 allegedly cannot complete a second E-Z-Q-Z sequence
The leak writes Mitya's output sequence as E → Z → Q → Z and says C0 cannot complete a second rotation using the same pattern. The post does not define the shorthand, but E and Q are commonly used for Skill and Burst inputs, while Z can represent a Charged Attack in this style of notation.
More importantly, it does not explain what blocks the second cycle. The limitation could involve Variable Beacon supply, Detection Core state, cooldown timing, Energy, attack duration or another test-build condition. Claiming one specific cause would go beyond the evidence.
If accurate, the note suggests that Mitya's first C0 rotation has a cleaner sequence than his follow-up. That could affect how players plan field time and team cooldowns, but no reliable rotation length or damage comparison is available.
For now, the leak adds four specific test claims: an innate 100 Elemental Mastery figure, Beacon-count scaling for the Charged Attack, a brief movement lock and a C0 repeat-rotation problem. All remain unofficial and subject to change before any Version 7.2 release.
