A new pair of unverified Genshin Impact 7.2 reports has outlined a more specific version of Mitya’s off-field support package and claimed that Valeriy has gained an additional Quill-related buff. Both posts attribute their information to the same leaker, LoveHappy, so they should be treated as one source chain rather than independent corroboration.
The Mitya report was distributed by Teyvat Leaks HQ on September 14. A separate Valeriy Mains post followed with the Quill claim and the same attribution. HoYoverse has not confirmed either character’s final Version 7.2 kit, and every value discussed below remains subject to change.
The latest Mitya leak lists four off-field benefits
The newly circulated Mitya card describes his current off-field role through four headline effects. It claims that he can provide a 14% damage increase, 120 Elemental Mastery at C0, 150 Elemental Mastery at C6 and a 25% reduction to enemies’ Cryo and Electro Resistance.
Those are much more specific figures than the broad descriptions attached to earlier reports. If accurate, the package would combine a general offensive buff, reaction-focused support and resistance reduction for two elements. That would make Mitya relevant to more than one damage calculation, but the leak does not provide complete official talent wording, target rules or effect durations.
The distinction matters. A teamwide damage increase, an Elemental Mastery bonus and enemy resistance reduction are separate effects. Their final value depends on who receives each buff, how long it lasts, what action activates it and whether another effect can refresh or stack with it. A list of percentages can suggest a role, but it cannot establish a complete rotation by itself.
The same card also describes an on-field CRIT-related effect that benefits Mitya himself rather than the full party. The circulated post does not present enough official-style text to establish every trigger and value safely, so that part should be treated as a directional note rather than a finalized mechanic.
