None of this has been officially announced, and early role descriptions like these often shift before release, so treat the details below as a snapshot of the current leaks.
Version 7.4: a Pyro support for Liyue teams
The 7.4 character is described as a follow-up to the recent push to strengthen Liyue characters: a Pyro team support whose buffs scale with the number of Liyue characters in the party. The more Liyue teammates you field, the higher the CRIT DMG, ATK and other bonuses. Asked directly, the leaker confirmed this is a major support for Liyue teams and that the character is female.
This fits the direction earlier 7.4 leaks pointed to, which already talked about reworking older Liyue characters. A regional support would give those characters a reason to be built together rather than slotted into unrelated teams. The leak gives no name, weapon, rarity or numbers yet, and it does not say whether she counts toward her own Liyue total or how many Liyue teammates are needed for the full effect.
Version 7.5: an Elemental Mastery support for Dendro and Electro
The same post describes the 7.5 character as a Dendro unit and a strong Elemental Mastery support that also shreds Dendro and Electro RES. The key detail is a limit: like Nicole, this character cannot keep applying Dendro from off-field. The point of that design is to boost reactions without disrupting them, which makes the character easier to fit into existing reaction teams than a support that constantly applies its own element.
The post does not name the 7.5 character. It is easy to assume this is Noy, since Noy is also rumored as a Dendro support, but the leak itself never makes that link.
Noy: a Dendro support that only works with Dendro and Electro
Noy has been rumored as a Dendro support since the summer, and two new posts go further. The first, citing the leaker's insider source, calls Noy an extremely strong Dendro support who can carry any Dendro or Electro character, but only Dendro or Electro characters. When asked how, the leaker answered that Noy reportedly provides a large amount of buffs to them, and is useless outside those two elements.
The examples given are Raiden Shogun, Cyno, Mitya, Nefer, Flins and Kinich, and the leaker jokes that Noy could even make Nahida work through sheer stat power.
The second post sums up Noy's current role as "a Dendro Sucrose": an Elemental Mastery support, with Flins and Mitya named as teammates. The same poster notes that a month ago Noy was being compared to Nilou, the centrepiece of her own team archetype, and that the role has changed since then and may change again.
What to take from this
Put together, the leaks point to a strong run of supports: one for Liyue teams in 7.4, and Dendro Elemental Mastery support for Dendro and Electro reactions through Noy and the 7.5 character. Whether Noy and the 7.5 character turn out to be the same person, and what the actual numbers look like, will only be clear once test-build kits or official previews appear.
