Genshin Impact 7.2 Stygian Leak Puts the First Boss at 33.5 Million HP

A new Genshin Impact Version 7.2 Stygian Onslaught chart gives the first boss a concrete health figure: 15,063,255 HP on N5 and 33,517,377 HP on N6. A September 24 repost labels those as the Level 105 and Level 110 values, respectively, and calls the first encounter’s HP an update to earlier information. The chart itself is marked 7.2 v1, so these are test-build numbers rather than an official announcement of the final challenge.

The pictured enemy is the broad, white-furred axe wielder in the first of three encounter slots. It is the same encounter for which earlier Version 7.2 leaks described a Courage gauge and a possible Electro or Stellar interaction. The HP values add a different kind of information: they suggest the raw amount of damage a team may have to work through at two difficulty settings. They do not, on their own, establish how long a clear will take.

What changed in the first Stygian encounter

The September 24 post specifically describes the first room’s HP as updated. That matters because the earlier GamesAndChill coverage of the proposed 7.2 fights focused on the lineup, shields and mechanics, not a published pair of HP figures for this enemy. The new figures give players a more concrete way to judge the possible scale of the encounter, while leaving the beta’s final balance unresolved.

The original chart displays the two values under N5/6, not a complete table of every difficulty. The accompanying repost supplies the Level 105 and 110 labels. It would be misleading to read 33,517,377 as the boss’s health at every level, or to attach the numbers to a normal overworld fight. These are presented as Stygian Onslaught figures for two high-difficulty versions of the first stage.

For perspective, the same three-boss chart also displays 8,552,749 / 14,042,886 HP for its second encounter and 10,253,207 / 20,950,087 HP for its third. Those numbers help identify the scale of the whole proposed lineup, but the September 24 repost calls out only the first boss as the updated figure. It does not establish that the other two values changed today.

HP is not the whole difficulty calculation

The first boss’s earlier leaked mechanics involve an accumulating Courage gauge, an empowered state and damage dealt back to the enemy when that state ends. If those rules survive testing, the displayed HP would not translate cleanly into a simple target-dummy damage check. An encounter that rewards interrupting or exploiting its mechanics can play differently from one where the player must remove the full bar through attacks alone. The current numbers also say nothing definitive about shield strength, resistance changes, attack patterns or the time allowed to finish.

Likewise, the chart depicts a possible November 11 to December 16, 2026 7.2 Stygian window, but that date range is part of the same leaked image. HoYoverse has not confirmed this Version 7.2 rotation or these HP totals. They could move in later beta revisions, and an updated chart is not evidence that any one character or team is required.

For now, the practical takeaway is narrow but useful: the first proposed 7.2 Stygian boss is shown with about 15.1 million HP at N5 and 33.5 million at N6. Treat the exact values as a snapshot of v1 testing, especially if later images revise the boss’s HP or its Courage mechanic before release.
