Talent Priority:

• Her normal attack does not go up.

• Her Elemental Skill deals good damage and can trigger Vaporize depending on the team, so I recommend leveling it up.

• Her Elemental Burst is her main source of damage, so I recommend maxing it out and taking full advantage of it.

The ideal setup would be 1/9/10 in terms of Talents.

Constellation Recommendation:

• Her C1 is the most important, as it provides a lot of energy, but I only recommend it if you’re using her signature weapon.

• Her C2 is only for better Hydro application, recommended only for teams that need it, like Hu Tao’s team.

Main Stats:

Clock: HP% ------ Chalice: Hydro Bonus ------ Crown: Crit. DMG or Crit. Rate.

Sub Stats:

It is recommended to get Crit. Rate, Crit. DMG, Energy Recharge and HP%.

Recommended Stats:

Try to get 70% Crit. Rate, 180% Crit. DMG (with his signature weapon it can reach 240%), aim for around 36,000 HP, and at least 180% Energy Rech.

Important: In the 2+2 set, besides the 2 pieces of Noblesse Oblige, the other 2 can be from any set that gives +15% Hydro DMG Bonus.

Important: Her signature weapon, Aqua Simulacra, is the one that generates the most damage, but it’s only recommended if you have her C1.

Best Weapons

• Aqua Simulacra: This is the signature best in slot option for a high investment Yelan build. It provides massive Crit DMG and HP, making it the ideal choice for C1 players who can manage their Energy Recharge through constellations rather than weapons.
• Favonius Warbow: The definitive choice for a C0 Yelan build to ensure consistent burst uptime. It acts as a powerful battery for the entire team while solving Yelan's steep energy needs, making it more reliable than many five star alternatives in energy hungry rotations.
• The First Great Magic: A strong stat stick that provides significant offensive bonuses for a sub-DPS role. While it lacks the utility of energy focused bows, it excels in teams where Yelan can benefit from the raw damage stats to increase her Hydro output.

Best Artifacts

• Emblem of Severed Fate: The premier choice among artifact sets for maximizing Yelan's burst damage. It converts Energy Recharge into Elemental Burst DMG, which is essential for her role as an off-field dealer, especially when aiming for high recharge targets at C0.
• Tenacity of the Millelith: Often used as a 2-piece set combined with Hydro damage bonuses to boost Yelan's total HP. Since her damage scales entirely off her health pool, this combination is a viable alternative for players focusing on raw skill and burst hits.
• Heart of Depth: This set is typically used in a 2-piece configuration to provide a 15% Hydro DMG bonus. It is a flexible option when paired with HP or Burst damage sets to balance her overall stat distribution for consistent sub-DPS performance.

Teams and Stat Priorities

• For stat priorities, aim for 40,000 HP and a Crit ratio of 70% Rate to 240% Damage. Energy Recharge targets should be 180-190% for C0 builds, or 170-175% if you have unlocked C1.
• The Hyperbloom team utilizes Yelan alongside Lauma, Xingqiu, and Kuki Shinobu for intense elemental reactions. This composition excels at single target damage and provides high survivability through constant Hydro application and healing.
• The Raiden National team features Raiden Shogun, Xiangling, and Bennett to create a high pressure Vaporize and Overload environment. Yelan replaces traditional Hydro units here to provide superior personal damage and a ramping damage buff for the active character.
• A specialized Skirk team includes Furina and Escoffier to maximize Hydro resonance and team wide buffs. This setup focuses on amplifying Yelan's personal damage while maintaining high field pressure through multiple off-field damage sources.
