A new wave of Genshin Impact leaks is circulating with early information about characters and story content planned for Versions 7.2 and 7.3. The reports include additional details about Mitya, alleged changes to Valeriy and early information about Danica. None of these details have been officially confirmed and the Danica information is specifically marked as STC, or Subject to Change.
The most detailed information currently concerns Mitya, who is reportedly being designed as a 5-star on-field DPS with a unique relationship to the Stellar-Conduct system. A leaked character summary suggests that his kit could significantly alter how Stellar-Conduct functions by adding a stronger reaction-based component to the mechanic.
Mitya 7.2 Leak Details
According to the leaked information, Mitya is an on-field DPS who changes how Stellar-Conduct works. While Mitya is active on the field, Stellar-Conduct reportedly gains its own reaction-based Stellar damage, potentially making the mechanic more important as part of his personal damage rotation.
The leaked description also claims that after an element is applied a certain number of times, a prism in the center of the Stellar-Conduct field launches, dealing reaction damage. This mechanic appears to transform Stellar-Conduct from a mostly direct damage source into a mixture of direct damage and reaction damage.
Mitya is also reportedly capable of functioning outside the field, although the leaked information emphasizes that his off-field capabilities are not the core of his kit. His main purpose appears to be staying active and continuously manipulating Stellar-Conduct through elemental reactions.
This could make Mitya particularly important for teams built around the emerging Stellar-Conduct playstyle. Rather than simply adding more direct damage to the existing system, his reported mechanics could create a different approach where elemental application and reaction frequency become central to his damage output.
The leak also claims that Mitya will receive a long Story Quest in Version 7.2. If accurate, this would give players significantly more narrative content surrounding the character while potentially expanding his background and role within the wider Snezhnaya storyline.
