Talent Priority:

• As in most teams, by application or as a support, it is not very necessary to increase the normal attack.

•  Kaeya's short cooldown and energy requirements allow us to easy building as a reliable party member.
  

Constellation Recommendation:

Being a free and permanent character with few chances of getting its constellations, many of them like its C2 that does not allow to increase the damage by always having the ultimate.

• The Blizzard Wanderer for when you're carrying it in a permafrost team.

• And of course the 2 Noblesse and 2 Cryo DMG Bonus, for the challenge of teams that are NOT permafrost.

Important:  If you don't have any of the above, you can go 2 and 2 of elemental mastery.
