Talent Priority:

• Since it is support and does not have a scaling on its normal attacks, so they do not go up.

You can try to have these stats: Recharge rate  150% -170%,  the critical proportion CRIT Rate about  60% , CRIT DMG 80% - 90%. ATK 1.500 - 1.600,  Mastery 150 -200.

• If you want it to be a battery, you can put the always reliable Favonius.

• The Stringless, R5, gives good mastery and damage passives.

• F2P The Viridescent Hunt also suits you well.

• Fading Twilight has many passives that she takes advantage of.

• Elegy for the End: This is the premier support option for a Collei build, providing significant team-wide buffs to Elemental Mastery and Attack. It is ideal for maximizing reaction damage in high-end team comps while helping meet her energy requirements.
• Favonius Warbow: A top-tier utility choice that addresses Collei's energy needs while acting as a battery for the entire team. Use this to ensure her Elemental Burst is available on cooldown, especially in teams with high energy demands.
• The Stringless: This weapon is excellent for increasing Collei's personal damage through its boost to Elemental Skill and Burst power. It is a strong choice for sub-DPS roles where you want to capitalize on her Dendro application damage.
• Fading Twilight: This free-to-play friendly bow provides a balance of Energy Recharge and damage buffs. It serves as a reliable middle ground for players who need help reaching their stat priorities without sacrificing too much offensive presence.

Best Artifacts

• Deepwood Memories: This is the core set for a Collei build as it lowers enemy Dendro Resistance by 30 percent. It is essential for increasing the damage of Bloom, Hyperbloom, and any Dendro DPS characters on the team.
• Gilded Dreams: Use this set if another teammate, such as the Traveler, is already wearing Deepwood Memories. It provides a massive boost to Elemental Mastery and Attack, allowing Collei to deal more significant reaction damage herself.
• Noblesse Oblige: A 2-piece set of this can be combined with other sets to increase her Elemental Burst damage. It is a viable alternative when focusing on her personal contribution rather than pure utility.

Teams and Stat Priorities

• For stat priorities, aim for 150 percent to 170 percent Energy Recharge to maintain burst uptime, alongside 1500 Attack and 150 to 200 Elemental Mastery.
• In a Bloom or Hyperbloom team, pair Collei with the Traveler, a Hydro character, and an Electro character to create a constant stream of Dendro cores and reactions.
• For a Spread and Aggravate niche, use Collei alongside Tighnari and an Electro unit to maximize Dendro uptime and capitalize on the resonance benefits.
• In a Double Hydro setup, Collei works well with Kazuha or Sucrose and units like Yelan or Xingqiu to maintain consistent elemental application across the battlefield.
