Genshin Impact 6.4 Leaks Reveal Varka Full Kit Details Including Talents, Passives, and Constellations

Complete Genshin Impact 6.4 leaks outline Varka’s full playable kit, covering Normal Attacks, Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst, Extra Talent, passive abilities, and constellations, confirming his role as a complex Anemo Claymore DPS.

New Genshin Impact 6.4 leaks have fully exposed Varka’s complete character kit, providing an in depth look at his combat mechanics, scaling behavior, and party synergies. Based on the leaked beta images, Varka is a 5 star Anemo Claymore character designed around sustained field time, elemental adaptation, and multi layered skill interactions. The following information organizes all leaked details in a clear and structured format.

Normal Attack:

  • Favonius Bladework. Dazzling Dance
Varka performs up to five consecutive strikes with twin blades in a knightly dance style.
His Charged Attack consumes stamina to dash forward and unleash a powerful twin sword slash.
His Plunging Attack dives from mid air, striking the ground and dealing AoE Anemo DMG on impact.

Elemental Skill:

  • Plunging Gale’s End
Varka demonstrates Favonius swordsmanship with different effects depending on input.

    Tap Effect:
Varka leaps forward, dealing AoE Anemo DMG and entering Gale Rush Mode. While in Gale Rush Mode, Normal Attack DMG is increased, Plunging Attacks cannot be performed, and Elemental DMG from Normal and Charged Attacks adapts based on party members. If a Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo character is present, the right hand greatsword deals the corresponding elemental damage.
    Hold Effect:
After charging, Varka leaps farther forward. The charge duration increases leap distance.

    Skill Values and Timers:

  • Skill DMG approximately 278.4%

  • Tap Cooldown 16 seconds

  • Hold Cooldown 8 seconds

  • Gale Rush Duration 12 seconds

  • Gale Rush DMG Per Hit Scaling

  • First Hit approximately 81.8% plus 57.5%

  • Second Hit approximately 30.0% plus 55.7%

  • Third Hit approximately 40.5% plus 75.3%

  • Fourth Hit approximately 63.5% plus 73.3%

  • Fifth Hit approximately 87.2% plus 46.9%

  • Charged Attack approximately 107.0% plus 57.6%

Elemental Burst:

  • I Am the Northwind
Varka unleashes a powerful two hit slashing attack, dealing Anemo DMG twice.
If there is a Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo character in the party, the first slash converts to the corresponding elemental damage based on priority.

    Burst Values and Timers:

  • First Hit DMG approximately 337.0%

  • Second Hit DMG approximately 181.4%

  • Energy Cost 60

  • Cooldown 15 seconds.

Extra Talent:

  • Witch’s Eye Rite. Morning Reign
After completing Witch’s Homework Untitled Question, Varka becomes a Hexerei character.
When there are at least two Hexerei characters in the party, they gain the Hexerei Secret Rite effect.
While in Gale Rush Mode, when Varka’s Normal Attacks hit enemies, the cooldown of Four Winds Arise is reduced by 1 second.

  • Four Winds Arise. Special Skill
Deals AoE corresponding elemental DMG with the right hand greatsword and AoE Anemo DMG.
Has two uses, initial cooldown 11 seconds.
While in Gale Rush Mode, hitting enemies with Normal Attacks reduces its cooldown by 0.5 seconds, up to 15 times per Gale Rush.
Varka can consume one use to perform Azure Devour, a special Charged Attack that does not consume stamina and deals two hits of corresponding elemental damage plus two hits of Anemo damage.

  • Passive Talent: March of the Morning Breeze
When there is a Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo character in the party, Varka gains 10 percent Anemo DMG Bonus per 1000 ATK, capped at 25 percent.
If there are at least two Anemo characters and at least two characters of the same elemental type, Varka’s Normal, Charged, Azure Devour, and Four Winds Arise DMG is increased by 140 percent.
If both conditions are met, damage is further increased to 220 percent.

  • Passive Talent: Vanguard of the Wind Banner
When a party member triggers Swirl, Varka gains Azure Fang Oath, increasing damage of Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, Azure Devour, and Four Winds Arise during Gale Rush by 7.5 percent.
Lasts 8 seconds, stacks up to 4 times.

  • Passive Talent: Hymn of the Returning Wind
For each Mondstadt character in the party, Varka’s Elemental Skill cooldown is reduced by 5 percent.
Does not apply in Domains, Stygian Onslaught, Imaginarium Theater, or Spiral Abyss.

Constellations:

  • C1. Come, friend, let us dance under the moonlight
Entering Gale Rush grants an additional use of Four Winds Arise.

  • C2. When dawn breaks, we shall set forth on our journey
Casting Four Winds Arise or Azure Devour triggers an extra attack dealing 800 percent ATK AoE Anemo DMG.

  • C4. For no one can take away the freedom of our song
When triggering Swirl, nearby party members gain 20 percent Anemo DMG Bonus and elemental DMG bonus based on reaction element for 10 seconds.

  • C6. My beloved Mondstadt, still standing as before
Gale Rush Mode is enhanced. After casting Four Winds Arise, Varka can tap or hold Normal Attack to perform Azure Devour without consuming Four Winds Arise uses.
Azure Fang Oath is strengthened. Each stack now increases CRIT DMG by 15 percent.

All information above is based on Version 6.4 beta leaks and datamined images and remains subject to change before official release. If accurate, Varka is positioned as one of the most mechanically complex and synergy dependent Anemo DPS characters introduced so far.
