HoYoverse has announced a brand new limited time activity for Miliastra Wonderland titled “Starlight Voyage: Departure”, giving Travelers the opportunity to earn Prismatic Crystals, a special event currency used for the Colorful Surprise Box. This event is part of the ongoing content rollout during Genshin Impact Version Luna IV, and it is designed to reward active participation through progressive stage completion and exploration themed challenges.

The Starlight Voyage: Departure event will run from February 9, 2026 at 10:00 until February 23, 2026 at 03:59, with a separate quest completion period ending earlier on February 19, 2026 at 04:00. During this window, eligible Travelers can take part in dedicated event stages to gather resources and unlock rewards tied to Miliastra Wonderland progression.

To participate in the event, Travelers must first meet the eligibility requirement, which is awakening their Miliastra Wonderland Manekin. Once this condition is met, players can begin completing Starlight Voyage event stages to earn a special progression resource called Sightseeing Experiences. These experiences act as the main metric for tracking event progress and unlocking rewards.

A key feature of this event is its time gated progression system. After the event begins, the number of available stages and the maximum obtainable Sightseeing Experiences will gradually increase. On Day 1, the cap is set at 800 Sightseeing Experiences. This cap increases by 400 every two days, eventually reaching a maximum of 1,600. This structure encourages steady participation throughout the event rather than completing everything at once.

By completing quests and accumulating Sightseeing Experiences, Travelers will earn the event reward Prismatic Crystals. These crystals serve as a limited time token, specifically used for obtaining items from the Colorful Surprise Box. Because Prismatic Crystals are event exclusive, they cannot be saved indefinitely. HoYoverse has emphasized that all Prismatic Crystals obtained during the event must be used before they expire, or they will be lost once the event concludes.

The design of Starlight Voyage: Departure focuses on accessibility and consistent engagement. Instead of relying on high difficulty combat, the event centers on gradual progression and repeated participation, making it suitable for both casual and dedicated players. The increasing cap system ensures that players who join later can still catch up, while early participants are rewarded for staying active across multiple days.

From a broader perspective, this event reinforces the growing importance of Miliastra Wonderland systems within Version Luna IV. By tying Prismatic Crystals to a unique reward mechanism like the Colorful Surprise Box, HoYoverse continues to expand the variety of event driven currencies and incentives available to Travelers. This approach keeps seasonal content fresh and encourages players to explore new gameplay structures beyond standard quests and battles.

Travelers interested in maximizing their rewards should make sure to complete event stages regularly, track their Sightseeing Experience cap increases, and spend all earned Prismatic Crystals before the expiration deadline. With its limited duration and exclusive rewards, Starlight Voyage: Departure stands out as a must participate event for anyone invested in Miliastra Wonderland during Version Luna IV.
