Genshin Impact has officially unveiled the Version Luna VI Phase I Event Wishes, bringing a fresh lineup of highly anticipated characters and weapons that are set to redefine team building strategies. With limited time banners featuring Linnea and Chasca, players are preparing to invest their resources in what is shaping up to be a major update for both meta and collectors.

The spotlight of this phase is clearly on “Augur of Wonders” Linnea (Geo), a 5-star event exclusive character receiving a significant drop rate boost in the Event Wish titled “Ya-hoho! Compendium.” Linnea has already generated massive interest due to her role in recent story content, and her arrival as a playable unit marks a key moment in the game’s evolving roster. As a Geo character, she is expected to bring defensive utility and strategic battlefield control, aligning with the element’s core strengths.

Alongside Linnea, the banner also features boosted drop rates for “Nightmare’s Burning Heart” Illuga (Geo), “Clinky-Clank Gadgets-A-Gogo” Aino (Hydro), and the fan favorite Noelle (Geo). This combination creates a balanced pool of support and damage options, giving players more flexibility when assembling their teams.

Parallel to Linnea’s banner, the second Event Wish titled “Piercing Shot’s Crimson Wake” introduces “Skyborne Arbiter” Chasca (Anemo) as another 5-star character with boosted drop rates. Chasca’s Anemo alignment suggests strong crowd control abilities and synergy with elemental reactions, making her a valuable addition for players focused on high mobility and reaction based combat.

Both banners share the same featured 4-star lineup, ensuring that players pulling on either will have access to consistent support characters with enhanced availability. Importantly, these event-exclusive 5-star units will not be added to the standard banner “Wanderlust Invocation,” reinforcing their limited time appeal and increasing their long term value.

In addition to character banners, the update also introduces the “Epitome Invocation” weapon banner, which features two powerful 5-star bows, Golden Frostbound Oath and Astral Vulture’s Crimson Plumage, both receiving boosted drop rates. These weapons are expected to complement the newly introduced characters, particularly Chasca, who may benefit from high precision ranged combat enhancements.

The weapon banner also includes a selection of notable 4-star weapons such as Lion’s Roar, Sacrificial Greatsword, Dragon’s Bane, Eye of Perception, and Flower-Wreathed Feathers, offering players multiple options to upgrade their arsenal efficiently. With the return of the Epitomized Path system, players can strategically target their desired 5-star weapon, reducing the randomness typically associated with weapon pulls.

Another key feature of this phase is the availability of the Test Run trial event, allowing players to experience the featured characters in controlled combat scenarios. This system continues to be a crucial tool for decision making, enabling Travelers to evaluate playstyles before committing valuable resources.

The Event Wish duration extends until April 28, 2026 at 17:59, giving players a limited window to maximize their pulls and secure exclusive rewards. As with previous updates, the shared pity system between Character Event Wish and Character Event Wish-2 ensures that progress carries over, providing a more forgiving experience for those targeting multiple characters.

Overall, Version Luna VI Phase I stands out as a content rich banner cycle, combining high demand characters, powerful weapons, and strategic pulling mechanics. With Linnea and Chasca leading the charge, this update is expected to significantly impact both competitive gameplay and long term roster planning.
