High Base Stats Favor Critical Builds
The Lumensoul Blade offers a base ATK of 542, which is slightly lower than conventional crit oriented swords, but it compensates with a massive CRIT DMG substat of 88.2 percent. This value significantly enhances builds that rely on burst damage scaling or reaction amplification.
By leaning into crit scaling instead of raw attack numbers, the weapon empowers Zibai and similar units to amplify Lunar Crystallization hits, which can critically strike and benefit heavily from multiplicative stats.
Flat DEF Increase Supports Hybrid Scaling
The passive begins with a straightforward but impactful DEF +20 percent. This is an important stat because Zibai is expected to scale damage or survivability through DEF, giving her more value from a stat that is often ignored on offensive swords.
This bonus also improves durability and consistency, especially in high pressure environments where characters rotate off field and rely on survivability while triggering reactions indirectly.
Major Lunar Crystallization Damage Boost
The second part of the passive is one of the most important pieces of reaction focused design in version 6.3.
After the wielder casts an Elemental Skill, their Lunar Crystallization reaction damage increases by 64 percent for 5 seconds.
This is a massive value for a reaction multiplier. It rewards tight rotations, fast skill usage, and persistent reaction uptime. Lunar Crystallization already scales with critical stats and team wide contributors, so adding a 64 percent boost gives the wielder huge burst windows where reaction output spikes dramatically.
The timer of five seconds encourages players to immediately trigger reactions after skill use, optimizing positioning and team synergy to convert the buff into tangible damage.
Designed for Zibai but Useful Beyond
The Lumensoul Blade is clearly tailored for Zibai’s kit. It supports DEF stacking, leverages crit scaling, and directly enhances Lunar Crystallization. However, it also has potential in future Geo Hydro reaction units, or hybrid characters who scale from DEF while contributing to reaction damage indirectly.
Flexibility exists, but the weapon is clearly tuned for high value burst windows, fast rotations, and teams built around the new Geo reaction ecosystem.
