Genshin Impact 7.2 Leak Reveals Early Mitya Kit Details, Summoned Units, Polestar Field Stacks and Valeriy Buffs

New Genshin Impact 7.2 leak information has reportedly revealed early details about Mitya's kit, with the upcoming character appearing to use a complex summoned-unit system combined with stack management and a separate personal damage multiplier. The same early test information also points to Valeriy buffs, including improvements to his Elemental Mastery support, Stellar-related bonuses, Shield functionality and Electro application.

The current information is described as early data and STC, subject to change, meaning the reported mechanics and values should not be considered final. Mitya in particular appears to be undergoing deep testing, with several parts of his kit potentially changing before Version 7.2 reaches the live game.

Mitya reportedly summons two units through Skill and Burst

According to the latest Mitya 7.2 leak, his special Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst each create one summoned unit. When both summoned units are present simultaneously, they can reportedly attack while Mitya is off field.

This mechanic could give Mitya a highly distinctive rotation. Instead of relying entirely on his own direct attacks, he may be able to establish multiple summoned entities and then switch to another character while those units continue dealing damage.

The interaction between the Skill and Burst summons appears to be an important part of his intended playstyle. Players may need to maintain both units to unlock his full off field potential, making summon uptime and rotation management key considerations for his teams.

Mitya's Polestar Field mechanic reportedly controls his stacks

Another major part of the leaked Mitya kit is the Polestar Field. Mitya can reportedly absorb stacks generated by the field, after which the field is reset to one stack.

The consumed stacks are then converted into Mitya's own separate damage multiplier and self-buffs. According to the early information, this separate damage multiplier is especially important because it only buffs Mitya himself rather than increasing the damage of the entire team.

This distinction could make Mitya more of a hybrid character. He may provide off field value through his summoned units while simultaneously building personal damage through the Polestar Field system.

The stack conversion mechanic could also create an important timing decision. Players may need to determine when to absorb the available stacks to maximize Mitya's personal damage while maintaining the field at an appropriate level for future rotations.

C1 reportedly improves Mitya's summon generation

Mitya's first constellation is reportedly a significant upgrade to his core mechanic.

At C1, his special Elemental Skill reportedly creates two summoned units instead of one. His Elemental Burst also reportedly deals an additional instance of Stellar-Conduct damage.

This could make C1 substantially more valuable than a simple numerical upgrade. By generating both summoned units through one Skill, the constellation could reportedly allow Mitya to reach his off field attack condition more quickly and with fewer actions.

The additional Stellar-Conduct damage would further increase his offensive output, although the exact multiplier remains subject to change during testing.

C2 reportedly increases retained stacks and damage scaling

Mitya's second constellation reportedly focuses on his Polestar Field mechanics.

At C2, Mitya can retain more stacks after absorbing the Polestar Field. The separate damage multiplier is also reportedly increased, giving him stronger personal scaling from the mechanic.

Because the separate multiplier only affects Mitya, this constellation appears designed primarily to increase his own damage rather than providing a universal team benefit. The final impact will depend heavily on the maximum retained stacks and the multiplier values used in the final version.

C6 reportedly adds major Stellar-Conduct upgrades

At C6, the leaked information becomes considerably more extensive. Mitya reportedly gains 20 stacks of Stellar-Conduct Elevate for himself and gains several additional instances of Stellar-Conduct damage.

This suggests that his highest constellation could significantly expand his offensive rotation by combining additional damage instances with a large stack-based self-enhancement.

However, because this is still early testing information, the exact number of stacks, damage instances and their multipliers may all change before release.

Mitya's signature weapon reportedly provides Elemental Mastery

Mitya's leaked signature weapon is also said to provide self Elemental Mastery buffs.

The emphasis on Elemental Mastery could indicate that his intended kit has strong connections to reaction-based team compositions. It may also complement his self-buffing mechanics by giving him an additional way to increase the effectiveness of his damage without relying exclusively on external supports.

Combined with his summoned units and Polestar Field system, the signature weapon could become an important part of his optimized builds. However, the current weapon details remain unconfirmed and should be treated as preliminary beta information.

Valeriy reportedly receives buffs before his release

The latest Genshin Impact 7.2 leak also includes changes to Valeriy, who reportedly has already received buffs despite not being released yet.

The leaked adjustments reportedly improve his Elemental Mastery support, Stellar bonuses, Shield functionality and Electro application.

The combination could position Valeriy as a more complete support character, potentially allowing him to provide defensive utility while also contributing offensive bonuses and Electro application.

His Shield is especially noteworthy because earlier leak information had already indicated that Valeriy would have defensive capabilities. The new changes suggest that HoYoverse may be refining his role around multiple forms of team support rather than focusing on a single function.

The addition or improvement of Stellar-related bonuses could also indicate a stronger connection between Valeriy and the mechanics being developed for the upcoming Version 7.2 characters.

Overall, the current Mitya and Valeriy leaks suggest that Version 7.2 could introduce characters with unusually layered mechanics. Mitya is reportedly built around summoned units, off field attacks, Polestar Field stacks, Stellar-Conduct damage and self-focused scaling, while Valeriy appears to be developing into a support character with Shielding, Electro application, Elemental Mastery buffs and Stellar bonuses.

All information in this article is based on unofficial early beta data and STC leak information. None of these kit details, constellation effects, weapon effects, values or character mechanics have been officially confirmed by HoYoverse. The reported information may change significantly during future beta updates before the final Version 7.2 release.
