A major new Genshin Impact 6.7 leak is generating enormous discussion within the community after extensive beta information revealed what appears to be a massive overhaul for Qiqi through the upcoming Stellar System. Long considered one of the game’s weakest standard 5-star characters, Qiqi may finally become a top-tier support and reaction enabler if the leaked changes remain intact.
According to the latest beta leaks, the new Stellar Glow Domain grants older characters enhanced states connected to the rumored Stella Superconduct reaction system. Qiqi appears to be one of the largest beneficiaries of this mechanic, receiving upgrades across nearly every part of her kit including passives, Elemental Skill, Burst and multiple constellations.
The leak first modifies Qiqi’s Ascension Passive. Currently, her Normal and Charged Attacks have a chance to apply the Talisman of Preserving Fortune for healing purposes. Under the leaked Stellar System changes, attacks would have a 50% chance to apply the talisman for 6 seconds with a 30 second cooldown.
However, while inside the Radiance•Stella Superconduct state, the effect reportedly becomes dramatically stronger. The trigger chance increases to 100% and the cooldown is reduced to only 15 seconds, massively improving consistency and healing uptime.
Qiqi’s passive talents are also receiving substantial buffs. The leak claims her Elemental Skill cooldown will be reduced by 15 seconds, addressing one of the character’s biggest long-standing weaknesses.
More importantly, while Herald of Frost remains active during Radiance•Stella Superconduct, all party members reportedly gain 50% increased damage from Superconduct, Stella Superconduct and Cryo Swirl reactions. This immediately positions Qiqi as a potentially elite support unit for future Cryo reaction teams.
The leaked changes to her Elemental Skill are equally significant. Herald of Frost continues healing nearby party members based on Qiqi’s ATK while periodically healing the active character and dealing Cryo damage to enemies nearby.
However, the leak adds an entirely new mechanic. Whenever the active character hits enemies, the Herald of Frost now reportedly performs a coordinated Cryo attack, dramatically increasing Qiqi’s off-field Cryo application and reaction consistency.
Her Elemental Burst, Adeptus Art: Preserver of Fortune, also receives new Stellar enhancements. In addition to marking enemies with the Talisman of Preserving Fortune and dealing Cryo damage, the burst reportedly deals bonus Cryo damage treated specifically as Stella Superconduct reaction damage.
The constellation buffs revealed in the leak may be even more game-changing.
Under the leaked Constellation 1 upgrade, Qiqi regenerates 6 Energy whenever Herald of Frost attacks or coordinated attacks hit enemies during the Radiance•Stella Superconduct state. This effect can reportedly activate once every 6 seconds, potentially solving many of her Energy generation issues.
Her leaked Constellation 2 buff further increases her offensive potential by granting 50% increased ATK during Radiance•Stella Superconduct.
Meanwhile, Constellation 4 adds significant team utility. Enemies marked by the talisman continue suffering a 20% ATK reduction, but healing triggered through the talisman would now also apply an additional heal to the nearby ally with the lowest HP equal to 180% of Qiqi’s ATK.
The most shocking leak, however, involves Constellation 6.
Currently, Qiqi’s C6 revives fallen party members every 15 minutes. Under the Stellar System buffs, casting her burst additionally grants Qiqi 4 stacks of Profound Insight. Whenever active characters other than Qiqi trigger Stella Superconduct reaction damage, the damage reportedly increases massively based on Qiqi’s ATK scaling, reaching up to 600% of her ATK.
This effect lasts for 12 seconds and refreshes whenever she casts her Elemental Burst again.
The scale of these leaked buffs has stunned many players across the Genshin Impact community. Qiqi has historically been criticized for weak Energy generation, low utility and limited offensive contribution. The Stellar System changes appear specifically designed to address all of those issues simultaneously.
Community reactions have been overwhelmingly positive so far, with many players calling this one of the largest indirect character reworks HoYoverse has ever attempted. If the Stellar System functions as currently described, Qiqi may finally become one of the strongest reaction-based supports in the entire game.
Still, players should remember that all current information comes from beta leaks and unofficial datamined content. HoYoverse has not officially confirmed Qiqi’s Stellar System upgrades, Stella Superconduct mechanics or the final functionality of the Stellar Glow Domain.
