Genshin Impact 6.7 Leak Reveals Insane Mizuki Stellar System Buffs and Swirl CRIT Mechanics

New Genshin Impact 6.7 beta leaks suggest Mizuki may become one of the strongest reaction-focused Anemo supports in the game. The leaked Stellar System buffs massively increase Swirl damage, Elemental Mastery scaling and even allow Swirl reactions to land CRIT hits.

The latest wave of Genshin Impact 6.7 leaks has introduced major new details regarding the upcoming Stellar System, and one of the most surprising characters affected is Mizuki. According to newly surfaced beta information, Mizuki is receiving enormous buffs focused on Swirl reactions, Elemental Mastery scaling and teamwide Anemo support capabilities.

The leaked changes appear specifically designed to push Mizuki into the center of the rumored reaction-focused meta arriving alongside the new Stella Superconduct and Stellar Glow Domain systems in Version 6.7.

  • According to the beta data, Mizuki’s passive talent now gains an entirely new effect while she remains in the Dreamfloat state. After triggering a Swirl reaction, the next periodic Anemo AoE attack during Dreamfloat reportedly receives a massive damage increase equal to 1000% of Mizuki’s Elemental Mastery.

This effect can allegedly activate once every 2.5 seconds, potentially allowing Mizuki to output enormous reaction-based burst damage in elemental teams built around rapid Swirl triggers.

  • The leak also claims that while Dreamfloat is active, nearby party members gain additional Elemental Mastery equal to 10% of Mizuki’s own Elemental Mastery. Considering many current Elemental Mastery builds already exceed 1000 EM, this could provide a substantial teamwide reaction damage increase.

However, the most shocking part of the leak involves Mizuki’s constellation upgrades.

  • Under the leaked Constellation 1 changes, Mizuki periodically applies a special status called “Twenty-Three Night Wait” to nearby enemies every 3.5 seconds while in Dreamfloat state.

When affected enemies take Anemo damage and trigger Swirl reactions, the effect disappears and dramatically boosts the Swirl damage dealt to that enemy. According to the leak, the bonus scales with 1100% of Mizuki’s Elemental Mastery, while also triggering an additional Anemo attack worth 1000% of her Elemental Mastery.

These numbers have already stunned many theorycrafters, especially because Swirl reactions traditionally scale differently compared to standard offensive multipliers.

  • Her leaked Constellation 2 upgrade may further cement Mizuki as one of the strongest support units in reaction-based teams. While in Dreamfloat state, nearby enemies reportedly suffer a 20% reduction to their Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, Electro and Anemo Resistance simultaneously.

This universal resistance shred could make Mizuki an incredibly flexible support option across multiple elemental archetypes, particularly in teams focused on chain reactions and rapid elemental application.

  • The leaks surrounding Constellation 4 also reveal major healing and Energy utility improvements. When party members collect Dreamwind Special Sweets generated by Mizuki’s Elemental Burst, she now reportedly triggers both damage and healing simultaneously.

Additionally, the effect heals another nearby low-HP ally for an amount equal to 266% of Mizuki’s Elemental Mastery while restoring 5 Energy to Mizuki herself. This Energy restoration can reportedly trigger up to four times during a single Elemental Burst duration.

  • Still, the most game-changing leak is easily tied to Constellation 6.

According to the beta information, while Mizuki remains in the Dreamfloat state, Swirl reactions triggered by nearby party members can now CRIT.

The leak claims Swirl reactions gain a fixed:

  • 30% CRIT Rate

  • 100% CRIT DMG

On top of that, every 100 Elemental Mastery above 500 reportedly grants additional:

  • 0.04% CRIT Rate

  • 0.16% CRIT DMG

The bonus caps at:

  • 20% additional CRIT Rate

  • 80% additional CRIT DMG

If accurate, this would fundamentally change how Swirl reactions function in Genshin Impact. Historically, transformative reactions such as Swirl have been unable to critically strike. The Stellar System may therefore introduce one of the biggest combat mechanic shifts since the game’s original release.

Community reactions to the leak have been explosive. Many players now believe Mizuki could become one of the strongest reaction enablers in the entire game if these buffs survive beta balancing. Some theorycrafters are already predicting entirely new meta team compositions centered around CRIT-based Swirl reactions and high Elemental Mastery scaling.

The leaks also continue reinforcing the idea that the Stellar System is intended to modernize characters through advanced reaction synergy rather than direct stat inflation alone.

Despite the massive excitement surrounding the leaks, players should remember that all current information remains unofficial and originates from beta data and datamined content. HoYoverse has not officially confirmed Mizuki’s Stellar System buffs, Swirl CRIT mechanics or the final implementation of the Stellar Glow Domain. Scaling values, cooldowns and effects may still change before the official release of Genshin Impact Version 6.7.

Still, the latest Mizuki leaks are already being viewed as one of the most potentially game-changing combat updates in recent Genshin Impact history.
