Genshin Impact 6.3 Showcases Zibai and Illuga Renders Together With New Weapons, Artifact Sets and Ascension Materials

Genshin Impact version 6.3 introduces a complete visual and mechanical presentation for Zibai and Illuga, two new characters designed to support the emerging meta of proactive rotation and reaction based damage. The update includes new renders, signature weapons, two artifact sets and full ascension requirements that align closely with Hydro and Geo synergy.

The official render for Zibai places the character in a sleek Geo themed design with a noble silhouette and detailed armor textures. The visual identity emphasizes clean edges and gold toned motifs that match the new Lunar Crystallization identity. Zibai appears as a confident central figure which supports expectations of a high rank or prestigious role in the narrative. This visual direction is consistent with the design language of five star Geo swords who mix elegance and destructive power.

Zibai receives a signature weapon in version 6.3. It is a five star sword that focuses on hybrid scaling and reactive bonuses. The passive increases Geo damage and grants a conditional attack buff when the user triggers either Crystalize or the new Lunar Crystallization reaction. If the character holds this buff for several seconds without interruption, the weapon adds a critical rate bonus that stacks with previous effects. This approach signals a premium weapon that rewards consistent uptime and rotation mastery. The visual design uses a white and gold color scheme with moonlike ornamentation in the guard and blade.

The render for Illuga highlights a four star Geo polearm user with a more agile silhouette and dynamic posture. Illuga uses layered clothing, metallic trims and a confident expression that matches the expected identity of a warrior or field scout. The design places Illuga between elegance and mobility which supports the assumption that the kit will include movement techniques or reactive supports.

Version 6.3 includes two new artifact sets designed around off field performance and conditional reaction mechanics. Both sets push Genshin Impact toward a sustainable damage ecosystem rather than short burst windows.

  • The first set, Winds of Rising Time, provides ATK plus eighteen percent on the two piece bonus. The four piece effect grants Blessing of Wind and Ballad which increases attack by twenty five percent for six seconds when the user lands any hit. This buff activates even when the user is off field. If the wearer has completed Witch’s Homework the buff evolves into Resolve of Wind and Ballad which adds a twenty percent critical rate increase on top of the attack bonus. This upgrades the set into a hybrid offensive system that rewards characters who deal damage indirectly. The effect makes this set competitive with existing top tier sets and potentially stronger for characters who spend limited active time on the field.

  • The second set, Dawn Song of the Morning Star and Moon, connects directly to Lunar Crystallization, the new reaction involving Hydro and Geo. The two piece effect grants eighty elemental mastery which signals clear reaction based intent. The four piece effect increases Lunar reaction damage by twenty percent while the wearer is off field. If the party’s Moonsign Level is Ascendant Gleam the effect increases to sixty percent total damage. These effects vanish three seconds after the wearer returns to the field which forces a tactical rotation structure instead of face tank gameplay.

This set is suitable for specialized reaction teams which rely on constant Hydro and Geo application, along with characters who can safely leave the field while maintaining uptime. The design intends to change team building by prioritizing reaction accessible supports over conventional main damage roles.

Version 6.3 also provides new ascension materials for Zibai and Illuga. Both characters use rare Geo based stones, a new open world mineral and region themed enemy drops that match the setting of version 6.3. Zibai additionally requires weekly boss materials which create early investment pressure and long term farming loops. Illuga uses a more common distribution of regional materials that make early leveling easier but full investment still time intensive.

Genshin Impact version 6.3 designs a character lineup shaped around modern progression systems. The update supports flexible team rotation, layered stat scaling and a new type of reaction ecosystem that rewards coordinated gameplay. Zibai, Illuga, their weapons and their artifact sets demonstrate how the game is evolving toward deeper mechanical identity rather than isolated character strength.
