Kazuha's Legendary Build
The wind blows and brings hope to us — learn how to elevate the ultimate Anemo support to his full potential.
Talent Priority:
It’s not necessary to level up any of his talents, I’d only recommend doing so if you really love the character.
The ideal setup would be 1/1/1 in terms of Talents.
Recommended Weapons
1
Xiphos' Moonlight ★★★★
Jinni's Whisper
The following effect will trigger every 10s: The equipping character will gain 0.036% Energy Recharge for each point of Elemental Mastery they possess for 12s, with nearby party members gaining 30% of this buff for the same duration. Multiple instances of this weapon can allow this buff to stack. This effect will still trigger even if the character is not on the field.
This ancient double-edged sword glimmers with moonlight. It is said that a now-silent Jinni dwells within it.
2
Freedom-Sworn ★★★★★
Revolutionary Chorale
A part of the "Millennial Movement" that wanders amidst the winds. Increases DMG by 10%. When the character wielding this weapon triggers Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 2 Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" increases Normal, Charged and Plunging Attack DMG by 16% and increases ATK by 20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Rebellion for 20s. Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.
A straight sword, azure as antediluvian song, and as keen as the oaths of freedom taken in the Land of Wind.
3
Toukabou Shigure ★★★★
Kaidan: Rainfall Earthbinder
After an attack hits opponents, it will inflict an instance of Cursed Parasol upon one of them for 10s. This effect can be triggered once every 15s. If this opponent is defeated during Cursed Parasol's duration, Cursed Parasol's CD will be refreshed immediately. The character wielding this weapon will deal 16% more DMG to the opponent affected by Cursed Parasol.
A rather special oil-paper umbrella. While long wanderings may make one used to the wind and the rain, there might be some fun in admiring a rainy scene beneath this parasol.
4
Iron Sting ★★★★
Infusion Stinger
Dealing Elemental DMG increases all DMG by 6% for 6s. Max 2 stacks. Can occur once every 1s.
An exotic long-bladed rapier that somehow found its way into Liyue via foreign traders. It is light, agile, and sharp.
The best option in any situation would be Xiphos' Moonlight, mainly because of the extra Energy Recharge it provides to the team.
Recommended Artifacts
Main Stats:
Clock: Elemental Mastery ------ Chalice: Elemental Mastery ------ Crown: Elemental Mastery.
Sub Stats:
It is recommended to get Elemental Mastery, Energy Recharge.
Recommended Stats:
Try to get 1,000 Elemental Mastery and 170% Energy Recharge.
Best Teams
Constellation Guide
His C1 is good, but it’s only a complement to his C2.
His C2 is the best because it increases the Elemental Mastery of the character on the field, but I don’t recommend it since it requires too many resources to reach that constellation.

Kaedehara Kazuha Build Guide
Kaedehara Kazuha remains a top-tier Anemo support capable of providing massive elemental damage buffs and crowd control. This Kaedehara Kazuha build focuses on his role as a resistance shredder and buffer, utilizing his unique double swirl mechanics to enhance team damage. Understanding his talent scaling and stat priorities is essential for optimizing his performance in high-level content.
Best Weapons
- Freedom-Sworn: This is the best weapon for maximizing team-wide buffs. It provides a significant amount of Elemental Mastery and a passive that increases normal, charged, and plunged attack damage for the entire party, making it ideal for his support role.
- Xiphos' Moonlight: Often referred to as the Kazuha Prime build, this sword is excellent for balancing stats. It converts Elemental Mastery into Energy Recharge for Kazuha and his teammates, solving energy needs while maintaining high buffing potential.
- Favonius Sword: A reliable choice when the team requires a dedicated battery. It helps lower the Energy Recharge requirements for the whole squad, though it requires some Crit Rate substats to reliably trigger the energy particle generation.
- Iron Sting: This is the best F2P option for a Kaedehara Kazuha build. It is easily craftable and provides a solid Elemental Mastery stat stick to help Kazuha reach his buffing thresholds without requiring premium currency.
Best Artifacts
- Viridescent Venerer: This is the mandatory set for his support role. It provides a 40 percent elemental resistance shred against the element swirled, which is the primary reason Kazuha is so effective in most elemental team comps.
- Gilded Dreams: This set is a niche option specifically for Burgeon teams. It provides a massive boost to Elemental Mastery, which can be useful if another character is already providing the resistance shred from the Viridescent Venerer set.
Teams and Stat Priorities
- For stat priorities, aim for 1000 Elemental Mastery to maximize his damage buff, while maintaining 140 to 160 percent Energy Recharge to ensure his Elemental Burst is available every rotation.
- In a Vaporize or Hypercarry niche, use Arlecchino, Furina, Kazuha, and Bennett. This team utilizes Kazuha to shred resistances and buff the massive Pyro damage coming from Arlecchino while Furina provides additional hydro application.
- For a Freeze or Permafrost niche, pair him with Ayaka, Kokomi or Mona, and Shenhe. Kazuha excels here by grouping enemies together and shredding Cryo resistance, allowing Ayaka to hit multiple targets with her powerful Elemental Burst.
- In a Mono Anemo niche, Kazuha works alongside Wanderer, Faruzan, and Bennett. He provides additional crowd control and sub-DPS damage while benefiting from the specialized Anemo buffs provided by Faruzan.
- For a Neuvillette team, combine him with Neuvillette, Furina, and Kuki Shinobu. Kazuha provides the necessary Hydro swirl to boost Neuvillette's overwhelming Hydro damage while helping to manage enemy positioning.
