Chongyun's Legendary Build

Talent Priority:

• His basic attack does not increase, unless he has his C1 which activates more passives in his attack. 

• As a full battery character, his elemental ability is very good, this can also be improved due to the weapon you put on it.

• Their passives don't buff arc characters.

Constellation Recommendation:

• His C2, they make him a very good support, due to the buffs he applies to the rest of the team on the field.

• If you're running it on Permafrost or Reverse Melt teams, you can equip it with Blizzard Strayer for the crit rate and damage.

• It is usually carried with Noblesse Oblige, This is due to not having many cooling requirements and low expenditure of elemental energy, it restarts more easily.
