• Her normal attack does not go up.

• Her Elemental Ability should be maxed out to benefit herself from the charges and do more damage in the rotation; this, on balance, compensates for taking Shenhe to Damage and not Triple Attack.

• Her Elemental Burst reduces Cryo resistances which benefit Ayaka's team, but the physical resistance reduction is not best in Eula's slot.

The ideal setup would be 1/10/9 in terms of Talents.

Constellation Recommendation:

• The C1 increases the elemental skill charges by 1, allowing the entire team to generate more particles.

• C2 is only recommended if you're going to play permafrost and take your team to the sky.
