• Its normal attack does not go up, is not used, do not spend resources.

• Dockhand's Assistant: This weapon is excellent for increasing Dahlia's total HP, which directly improves his shield strength and buffing potential. Use this sword when your Energy Recharge requirements are already met through artifact substats to maximize his supportive scaling.

Best Artifacts

• Noblesse Oblige: This set is highly recommended for providing team-wide attack buffs after using an Elemental Burst. It fits perfectly in support builds where Dahlia needs to increase the overall damage output of his teammates while maintaining his utility.
• Vourukasha's Glow: Utilizing this as a 2-piece set provides a significant HP bonus that strengthens Dahlia's shield. It is often paired with other HP-focused sets to reach the high health thresholds required for his most effective support scaling.
• Tenacity of the Millelith: The 2-piece set bonus is ideal for gaining extra HP to boost Dahlia's utility. While the 4-piece set is not recommended for his kit, the 2-piece bonus remains a staple for optimizing his defensive stats.

• For stat priorities, aim for 40,000 to 45,000 HP to maximize shield durability and an Energy Recharge target of 145% to 165%. If using Favonius Sword, ensure you have enough CRIT Rate to proc the energy particles.
• In a Skirk Hypercarry team, Dahlia provides essential shields and attack speed buffs alongside Furina and Escoffier. This composition focuses on maximizing Skirk's damage through Hydro resonance and consistent elemental skill buffs from the Golden Troupe set.
• A Wriothesley Freeze team utilizes Dahlia's Hydro application and attack speed increases to improve Wriothesley's combat flow. This team benefits from the added survivability of Dahlia's shield while Furina and Escoffier provide off-field damage and utility.
• The Neuvillette Premium team features Neuvillette as the primary DPS supported by Furina, Skirk, and Escoffier. In this high-damage setup, Dahlia ensures the team remains protected while contributing to the Hydro resonance for increased total HP.
