Genshin Impact continues to build momentum with fresh endgame rotations and upcoming character updates. Tomorrow, a new Spiral Abyss round for Version 6.2 goes live, introducing powerful conditional buffs that will strongly influence team building. At the same time, Version 6.3 brings additional visual updates, including refined animations for multiple upcoming characters and new artistic elements tied to Columbina’s Burst.
Tomorrow’s Spiral Abyss 6.2 Overview
The upcoming Spiral Abyss rotation in Version 6.2 emphasizes elemental synergy and specific attack patterns, encouraging players to rethink their usual strategies.
Spiral Abyss Buffs
First Half: Off field characters gain +75% Pyro DMG Bonus
Second Half: Plunging Attack DMG +75%
Enemy HP Scaling: 375%
The first half heavily favors Pyro off field units, making characters who apply Pyro consistently from the background especially valuable. Teams built around sustained elemental application rather than on field uptime are expected to perform significantly better under this condition.
The second half shifts the focus toward plunging attack gameplay, rewarding characters and team setups that can reliably enable plunge mechanics. This includes teams built around vertical mobility, crowd control, or Burst driven plunge loops.
With HP scaling set at 375%, enemies will be considerably tankier, reinforcing the importance of efficient rotations, reaction damage, and optimized builds. Players may need to adjust artifact sets and weapon choices to meet DPS checks comfortably.
