Fresh Genshin Impact 6.5 leaks have uncovered an important gameplay adjustment affecting Linnea, specifically targeting her mining capability in the latest beta v5 build. According to recent datamined information, Linnea’s ability to efficiently farm resources has been partially nerfed, marking one of the few functional changes identified late in the beta cycle.
Previously, early leaks suggested that Linnea could potentially oneshot multiple ore types, positioning her as one of the most efficient characters for resource farming. However, updated data now indicates a clear limitation. While Linnea can still oneshot Iron Chunks and White Iron Chunks, her performance against Crystal Chunks has been significantly reduced, now requiring approximately six hits to fully break them.
This adjustment directly impacts her role outside of combat, particularly for players who prioritize fast material farming routes. Crystal Chunks are a key resource used in weapon crafting and enhancement, making mining efficiency an important factor for many players. The change suggests that developers may be aiming to balance utility power, preventing a single character from dominating all aspects of resource gathering.
Despite this nerf, Linnea’s overall value does not appear to be heavily compromised. Based on previous leaks, she remains a 5 star Geo support character with a kit centered around Lunar Crystallize mechanics, meaning her primary role is still focused on team support, shielding, and elemental synergy, rather than exploration efficiency.
