Genshin Impact Best 4- Star Teams That Can Clear Endgame Content Explained

Two overpowered four star team compositions prove that free to play players can clear endgame content in Genshin Impact

In Genshin Impact, building powerful teams does not always require five-star characters or premium constellations. Some of the most effective and unbalanced team compositions in the game are built almost entirely with four-star characters, capable of clearing high-difficulty content, including Spiral Abyss floors and late-game challenges. These teams stand out for their damage efficiency, synergy, and accessibility, making them ideal for both new players and veterans looking to optimize their accounts.

One of the most dominant four-star teams revolves around Gaming, a character widely regarded as one of the strongest four-star DPS units ever released. When paired with Rosaria, Diona, and Bennett, Gaming transforms into a melt-based damage monster. This team leverages Cryo Resonance, strong off-field Cryo application, and massive attack buffs to push Gaming’s damage to extreme levels.

Gaming benefits heavily from Elemental Reaction scaling, especially Melt, which doubles Pyro damage. With Rosaria providing consistent Cryo application and additional CRIT Rate sharing, Gaming can reach extremely high critical consistency. Diona plays a crucial role by offering a strong shield, reliable healing, energy generation, and at Constellation 6, a massive 200 Elemental Mastery buff to the on-field character. This Elemental Mastery bonus further amplifies Melt damage, creating devastating results.

Bennett, often considered the best four-star support in the game, completes the team by providing an enormous ATK buff, healing, and Pyro resonance synergy. While Bennett’s Constellation 6 is not mandatory, it adds additional Pyro damage, pushing Gaming’s output even higher. This team excels due to its simple rotation, high survivability, and insane damage scaling, despite being composed entirely of four-star units.

Another extremely powerful four-star composition centers around Razor, who has evolved into a top-tier DPS thanks to recent mechanics and constellations. In a team featuring Razor, Fischl, Chevreuse, and Bennett, players can unleash overwhelming Overload-based damage while benefiting from constant buffs and resistance shredding.

Razor’s strength comes from his ability to deal Electro damage, while also benefiting from Pyro infusion provided by Bennett C6. This allows Razor to trigger Electro and Pyro reactions simultaneously, creating consistent Overload explosions. Fischl adds immense off-field Electro damage, generates a large amount of energy particles, and snapshots buffs onto her summon, increasing total team damage significantly.

Chevreuse acts as a dedicated Overload support, providing massive ATK buffs, healing, and most importantly, Electro and Pyro resistance reduction on enemies. At higher constellations, Chevreuse further boosts elemental damage bonuses, making her one of the strongest specialized supports for this archetype. Razor also benefits from defense reduction effects, which scale exceptionally well in late-game content.

What makes these teams particularly impressive is their upgrade flexibility. Players who later obtain five-star characters can easily improve these compositions without rebuilding from scratch. Replacing Diona with Citlali, or Rosaria with Xianyun, dramatically increases Gaming’s ceiling. Similarly, upgrading Fischl to Durin enhances Razor teams even further by adding stronger resistance shred and off-field damage.

These four-star teams are not only powerful but also comfortable to play. Their rotations are forgiving, their survivability is high, and their damage output is consistent even without perfect execution. This makes them ideal for players who want to clear all available content, experiment with team building, and enjoy the game without relying on limited five-star banners.

In conclusion, four-star teams in Genshin Impact are far from weak alternatives. When built correctly, they rival and sometimes surpass more expensive compositions. Gaming Melt teams and Razor Overload teams stand as proof that smart synergy, proper rotations, and strong support interactions matter more than rarity. For players seeking efficiency, fun, and long-term value, these teams represent some of the best investments in the entire game.
