HoYoverse's Standard character promotion says players can log in to invite one Standard 5-star character of their choice to their team for free. This is the simpler of the two confirmed routes. Logging in is the stated condition, and the page does not tie this invitation to completing quests.

“Of your choice” confirms that the reward involves a selection rather than a randomly assigned character. It does not establish that every Standard 5-star character will be eligible. No roster appears in the official material located so far, and HoYoverse has not said whether release date, current ownership or any other factor will affect the available choices.

The promotion does not give a start or end time, an Adventure Rank requirement, an account creation cutoff or a delivery method.

The second invitation has a separate condition. HoYoverse's event-exclusive character promotion says players can invite one event-exclusive 5-star character of their choice for free by completing main quests. That wording rules out treating both characters as straightforward login gifts.

Exactly what “main quests” means is still unknown. The official page does not name a quest, chapter or required point in the story. It also does not explain whether progress completed before Version 7.1 will count, whether several quests are required or whether the objective must be finished during a limited event period.

The eligible character list is equally unresolved. The phrase “event-exclusive” identifies the broad type of invitation, but it is not permission to assume that every limited 5-star character will appear. That wording should not be read as another 20 Wishes added on top of the two listed currencies. HoYoverse is using “20 Wishes” as a summary label for the announced currency package. The Primogems and Fates remain the concrete amounts players have been promised.

The promotion ties these rewards to logging in and also names Dust of Enlightenment and other event-exclusive gifts. It does not state how much Dust of Enlightenment will be given or provide a complete list of the other gifts. Exact distribution dates, the delivery method and whether the Fates require multiple login days also remain unannounced.
