Genshin Impact is once again taking over Japan with a massive collaboration campaign that is already generating enormous excitement across the anime and gaming community. HoYoverse officially revealed a brand-new partnership with KFC Japan alongside a large-scale Animate Fair ~CODENAME A~, bringing exclusive merchandise, limited-edition rewards, collectible illustration cards and special in-game redeem codes to fans throughout the country.
The dual collaboration campaign is shaping up to become one of the most ambitious Genshin Impact Japan events ever released, especially after fans discovered that the KFC collaboration includes a special animated promotional video alongside exclusive food packaging themed around the popular characters Alhaitham and Kaveh.
The highly anticipated Genshin Impact x KFC Japan collaboration will officially run from June 10 through June 30, while the advance reservation period begins from June 3 to June 6. According to the official announcement, reservations for collaboration packs will open at approximately 2 PM on June 3 through the official KFC online ordering system.
Fans will be able to choose between two different collaboration meal sets. The premium Collaboration Pack A, priced at 1410 JPY, includes special collaboration packaging, two pieces of Original Chicken, a biscuit, small fries and a special Genshin Impact redeem code. Meanwhile, the more affordable Collaboration Pack B, available for 1080 JPY, contains one piece of Original Chicken, a biscuit, small fries and the same redeem code bonus.
