Genshin Impact 7.2 Mitya Kit Leak Details Detection Cores and Variable Beacons

The alleged five-star Electro Catalyst kit maps tap and hold Skills to two Core modes and adds full Burst, passive and constellation values.

A new Genshin Impact Version 7.2 leak claims to show Mitya's complete English kit, including his Elemental Skill, Burst, passive talents, constellations and Level 6 multipliers. The alleged five-star Electro Catalyst character uses Detection Cores, Variable Beacons and Polestar Fields to control how his teams trigger Stellar-Conduct reaction damage.

The English kit images appeared on September 22 shortly after the Chinese versions. A later correction changed one word in the English C6 text from “increased” to “elevated,” indicating that even the translated sheet was still being revised.

HoYoverse has not announced Mitya as a playable character or confirmed this Version 7.2 kit. The screenshots may reflect an unreleased test build, and their wording, multipliers and mechanics can change. Some terms also appear to be unofficial translations.

Mitya's Skill creates Stable or Overload Detection Cores

The leaked Elemental Skill is named Regulated Variables: Detection. Tapping the Skill reportedly creates a Stable Detection Core, while holding it creates an Overload Core. This distinction confirms how the two reported modes are selected, adding a concrete mapping that earlier summaries did not provide.

A Stable Core follows Mitya and periodically deals Area of Effect Electro damage. When nearby enemies have reached the maximum Variable Beacon capacity, every newly created Beacon is consumed and the Core deals Electro damage considered Stellar-Conduct reaction damage. The multiplier shown is 134.4% Elemental Mastery for each Variable Beacon.

The sheet adds a second Stable Core trigger. When the Core expires or a new one is created, it consumes all Variable Beacons and deals Electro damage based on how many were removed. That detonation is also considered Stellar-Conduct reaction damage, with a listed Level 6 multiplier of 161.3% Elemental Mastery per Beacon.

An Overload Core reportedly changes Mitya's Charged Attack while the device is active. If he has at least one Variable Beacon, he can perform a special Charged Attack called Variable Detonation without consuming Stamina. The Level 6 Normal Attack sheet lists Variable Detonation at 214.2%, while its Stellar-Conduct version is listed at 285.6% Elemental Mastery.

Other Level 6 Skill values shown are 127% for a tap, 181.4% for a hold and 100.8% for the Stable Core's periodic damage. Detection Cores last 20 seconds and the Skill cooldown is listed as 15 seconds.

Variable Beacons drive the Burst and team field

Mitya's alleged Elemental Burst, Analysis: The Law of Variation, deals Area of Effect Electro damage and creates three Variable Beacons. The Level 6 sheet lists the initial hit at 467% ATK plus 934.1% Elemental Mastery, with a 15-second cooldown and 60 Energy cost.

While Mitya is in the party, triggering Stellar-Conduct reportedly stops the reaction from creating its original Stellar Prism. It instead creates a Variable Beacon that lasts 10 seconds. The Burst says these Beacons can be consumed to trigger different effects, while the current Beacons follow the active character and transform the surrounding area into a Polestar Field.

The sheet states that Mitya can initially carry up to four Variable Beacons. If another Beacon is created after the maximum is reached, the duration of all currently held Beacons resets. This suggests the mechanic rewards steady reaction timing, but the leak does not explain whether every trigger refreshes the whole stack in practice or how the interface displays each Beacon.

Mitya's Charged Attack has another reported interaction. If a Detection Core is already on the field and Mitya has at least one Variable Beacon, the Charged Attack consumes one Beacon and creates an Overload Core. That action does not consume Stamina. The sheet does not say that this is the only way to change modes, since the Skill description separately maps tap to Stable and hold to Overload.

His passives convert Superconduct and scale team reaction damage

The passive Stellar Blessing: Classified Protocol reportedly converts a Superconduct reaction triggered by a party member into Stellar-Conduct. When Stellar-Conduct occurs, it no longer creates a Stellar Prism. Instead, for 1.5 seconds after the reaction, Mitya can create a nearby Variable Beacon every 1.5 seconds.

The same passive says a Variable Beacon can transform into a Polestar Field. Mitya's Elemental Mastery then increases the base damage of Stellar-Conduct reactions dealt by nearby party members. Every point of Elemental Mastery adds 0.028%, up to a maximum increase of 14%. While inside a Polestar Field, Mitya enters a Radiant Stellar-Conduct state.

His first ascension talent, Baseline Stress Test, changes according to the Detection Core mode. With a Stable Core, each carried Variable Beacon gives all nearby party members 30 Elemental Mastery. With an Overload Core, nearby party members triggering Stellar-Conduct increase Beacon generation, producing one Beacon every 1.5 seconds for three seconds.

A Hyper-Volatile Reagent state increases Variable Beacon duration to 10 seconds. It also raises Mitya's CRIT Rate by 5% for 15 seconds whenever a Beacon is created, stacking up to four times. If the wording is accurate, that reaches 20% CRIT Rate at the cap, but the sheet does not explain whether refreshing one stack refreshes the full effect.

The exploration passive, Energy-Active Catalyst, lets a Stable Detection Core quickly destroy nearby breakable rocks. It also says that creating Ice Creation: Simple Heat Source while Mitya is in the party does not consume Koshniki Energy.

Early constellations add team buffs and higher Beacon capacity

Mitya's C1 raises his maximum Variable Beacons to five and makes the Skill create one extra Beacon. While a Detection Core exists, it also increases the CRIT DMG of the nearby active character by 30%. In addition, Mitya creates one Beacon every eight seconds after a reaction is triggered, with an independent interval.

C2, Silence Beyond Inertia, gives enemies inside a Polestar Field a 25% Cryo and Electro Resistance reduction. Its second effect depends on the Core: nearby party members gain 100 Elemental Mastery with a Stable Core, while the nearby active character gains 200 Elemental Mastery with an Overload Core for six seconds.

The same image shows C4 increasing Stellar-Conduct reaction damage dealt by nearby party members by 20%. A later correction concerns the C6 English wording, but the public preview does not provide a clean standalone transcription of the corrected full sentence. It is safer not to reconstruct that constellation from the partial correction alone.

This leak is a major expansion over the September 17 overview, which described Mitya's dual modes, Prism-related loop and on-field or off-field flexibility without the full English values. The new images provide the tap and hold mapping, Detection Core behavior, Beacon cap, Burst multipliers and several support effects. None of it is final until HoYoverse announces Mitya or later test data confirms the same mechanics.
