Genshin Impact 7.1 Vesna Kit Leaks Detail Skills, Stellar Swirl Reactions and Constellations

A major datamine leaks the full kit for upcoming character Vesna, exposing her Anemo sword abilities, unique Stellar Swirl reaction and powerful constellation upgrades.

New datamined disclosures have revealed the complete combat kit for Vesna, an upcoming 5 star Anemo sword character set to arrive in future version updates. The leaked data highlights a specialized playstyle centered around an elemental state transformation, unique mobility mechanics and a brand new interaction called Stellar Swirl reaction DMG.

Normal Attack: Light Dance

Vesna performs up to six consecutive sword strikes with her normal attack string. Her charged attack consumes Stamina to briefly leap into the air before performing a swift sweeping attack forward. Her plunging attack allows her to strike enemies along her descent path, dealing AoE Anemo DMG upon hitting the ground.

Elemental Skill: Spirit Sword: Rise

Upon casting her skill, Vesna raises her weapon to unleash an initial burst of AoE Anemo DMG and gains 2 Spirit Sword Might. She immediately enters the Spirit Sword Armament state for 15 seconds.

Spirit Sword Armament State: Her Normal, Charged and Plunging Attacks convert into Anemo DMG that cannot be overridden by other elemental infusions.
Spirit Feathers: Attacking in this state summons a Spirit Feather to attack enemies, dealing Anemo DMG and restoring 1 Spirit Sword Might.
Special Skill Sequence: Vesna can consume Spirit Sword Might to cast special Elemental Skills alongside the Spirit Sword. Each skill cast during a single state instance upgrades in sequence: Spirit Sword: Thrust, Spirit Sword: Fall, and Spirit Sword: Dance.
Stellar Swirl Conversion: In this state, her Spirit Sword attacks deal Anemo DMG considered Stellar Swirl reaction DMG.

Elemental Burst: Spirit Sword: Explosion

Vesna unleashes numerous Spirit Swords to deal massive AoE Anemo DMG in front of her while restoring 1 Spirit Sword Might. Under the Radiance, Stellar Swirl condition, her Spirit Swords convert into Stellar Spirit Swords, dealing heavy Anemo DMG considered Stellar Swirl reaction DMG. The burst has a 15 second cooldown and costs 60 Energy.

Ascension Passives and Utility Traits

Poise: Casting any upgraded Spirit Skill or her Elemental Burst grants 1 stack of Poise for 20 seconds, stacking up to 6 times. Each stack increases the DMG dealt by her Spirit Swords and Stellar Spirit Swords by 10% of their original DMG, up to a maximum of 160%.
Finesse: Based on the Elemental Types of party members, Vesna gains bonus stats. For each Cryo or Anemo character, her ATK increases by 6%. For each character of any other element, her Elemental Mastery increases by 25.
Stellar Benediction: Shimmering Fairy: Converts any party member's Cryo Swirl reaction DMG into Stellar Swirl reaction DMG. For every 100 ATK Vesna possesses, base Stellar Swirl DMG increases by 0.7%, up to a maximum 14% increase.
Light Feather (Exploration Trait): Out of combat, Vesna can enter a special Cruising state by holding Sprint or Jump. While Cruising, she floats in the air, consumes Stamina to leap or dash, and can execute plunging attacks. In Snezhnaya, switching to Vesna while airborne immediately triggers her Cruising state and restores 50 Stamina.

Constellation Breakdown

C1: Increases the number of times Spirit Sword: Dance can be used by 1. The first cast after entering Spirit Sword Armament costs no Spirit Sword Might. Vesna's own Stellar Swirl reaction DMG is increased by 20%.
C2: Enhances her Poise talent. Entering Spirit Sword Armament grants maximum Poise stacks instantly. When at maximum stacks, her ATK is increased by 60%.
C4: The stat bonuses provided by her Finesse ascension talent are increased by 200%.
C6: For 6 seconds after casting Spirit Sword: Dance, tapping her Skill or Normal Attack unleashes an extra Spirit Sword: Step, dealing 150% ATK as Anemo DMG. It also drives the Stellar Spirit Sword to deal 200% ATK as Anemo DMG considered Stellar Swirl reaction DMG, summons a Spirit Feather, and increases her Stellar Swirl reaction DMG by an additional 20%.
