Genshin Impact 7.0 Preload Datamine Reveals New Pierro, Ronova and Pulcinella Assets, Vodyanitsa Details and Character Voicelines

The Genshin Impact 7.0 preload is officially available, giving the community an early opportunity to inspect files associated with Everwinter Without Mercy before the full Snezhnaya update launches. The preload is approximately 7.22 GB and has already resulted in a significant amount of new information being discovered through datamining.

Among the most interesting discoveries are new character voicelines, icons, renders and model classifications for several Snezhnaya characters. The files also provide additional information about characters such as Mitya, Vodyanitsa and Pulcinella, while revealing that some highly anticipated characters are not included with playable models in the Version 7.0 preload.

Odette's About Voicelines Reveal Multiple Character Connections

The preload reportedly contains a substantial number of Odette's About Voicelines, providing additional connections between the new character and several important figures.

Odette's files reportedly include mentions of:

• Alyosha

• The Tsaritsa

• Arlecchino

• Columbina

• Sandrone, with two entries

• Mitya

• Signora, with two entries

• Valeriy

• Vesna

• Vodyanitsa, with two entries

The presence of these names does not necessarily confirm their current involvement in Odette's story, but it provides additional context about the relationships and characters that may be discussed through her dialogue.

Alyosha's Voicelines Also Mention Major Snezhnaya Characters

Alyosha also reportedly has several About Voicelines in the Version 7.0 preload.

Her files mention:

• The Tsaritsa

• Mitya

• Odette

• Valeriy

• Vodyanitsa

These voice entries could provide additional lore once Version 7.0 officially launches and players are able to access the corresponding character dialogue in game.

New Pierro, Ronova and Pulcinella Assets

The preload also contains new assets associated with several major story characters.

• Pierro reportedly has both a new character icon and render, giving players additional official game assets for the leader of the Fatui Harbingers.

• Ronova also has a new icon and render, expanding upon the appearance shown during the Version 7.0 Special Program.

• The most notable discovery concerns Pulcinella. The preload reportedly contains a Pulcinella icon and multiple renders, but the character is said to use an unplayable model in the current files. A model comparison between Pulcinella and Klee has also surfaced because of their similar body proportions.

This is an important distinction. Having a character render or icon inside the game files does not automatically confirm playability. In this case, the current model classification reportedly points toward Pulcinella being an NPC rather than a playable character in Version 7.0.

Vodyanitsa Receives Multiple New Assets

The preload contains a particularly large collection of Vodyanitsa assets.

The files reportedly include her:

• Character icon

• Mermaid render

• Main outfit render

• Cute character picture

• Avatar Girl model

The discovery of a dedicated mermaid render is especially interesting given the character's previously leaked aquatic themes. It also gives players more visual information about how her different forms may be represented within the game.

Mitya Confirmed With a Normal Electro Vision

New Mitya assets have also been discovered.

The preload reportedly contains his character icon, a cute picture and a full render, alongside an Avatar Boy model classification.

More importantly, the current files reportedly show that Mitya has a normal Electro Vision.

The preload also reportedly indicates that Mitya does not have a Linchpin, providing another important piece of information about the distinction between traditional Visions and the newer systems being introduced during the Snezhnaya era.

Valeriy and Vesna Assets

Valeriy also appears in the preload with new icons and renders. His model is reportedly classified as Avatar Male.

Meanwhile, multiple Vesna renders have been discovered, providing additional assets for the upcoming character ahead of her expected Version 7.1 beta testing.

The preload also includes new Odette book artwork and character pictures, additional Alyosha artwork and new images featuring both Aether and Lumine.

No Danica or Tsaritsa Models Found

One of the more important discoveries from the preload is what is not present.

• According to the current datamine, there are no Danica or Tsaritsa character models in the Version 7.0 preload.

This does not necessarily mean either character will not appear during the Snezhnaya storyline. It simply means that their playable or character model assets have not been identified within the current Version 7.0 preload files.

The distinction is important because future characters can receive assets in later patches rather than being included in the initial version.

New Stygian Weapon Skins Also Discovered

• The Version 7.0 preload also contains assets for the previously announced Stygian Weapon Skins. These new cosmetics are part of the broader weapon customization content being introduced alongside Snezhnaya.

With the preload now accessible, dataminers are expected to continue examining the files for additional information about Version 7.0 events, weapons, character animations, story content and hidden assets.

The information discovered so far is based on datamined preload files and should not be interpreted as confirmation of future character releases. Model classifications, assets and unused files can change or remain inaccessible in the final version.

Still, the 7.0 preload has already provided some valuable clues about Snezhnaya's upcoming cast, particularly Vodyanitsa, Mitya, Vesna, Valeriy, Pierro, Ronova and Pulcinella, while raising new questions about the future roles of Danica and The Tsaritsa.
