Max HP increases by 10%. When the wielder triggers a Lunar reaction or inflicts Lunar Reaction DMG on an enemy, they will recover 14 Elemental Energy and gain the Bountiful Sea's Sacred Wine effect for 12s, which increases Max HP by an additional 14% and CRIT DMG from Lunar Reaction DMG by 60%. The Elemental Energy recovery effect can be triggered at most once every 18s, and can be triggered even when the wielder is in your party but not in use.
